If you're fast enough, you can grab your sentry right after that.
So you can quickly deploy a level three sentry in places you wouldn't be able to normally.

I don't know if this has been shown already here or not (if so, rate me clocks), but apparently if you're quick enough you can pick up your sentry right after you sentry rocket jump yourself and take the sentry with you in mid-air.
