That Pyro axe looks amazing
I am so relieved that everyone will be able to play with it. But this is treading a little too close to promo items with stats for me to be completely happy.

The +35% stacks with minicrits though.
I still find it idiotic to give promo items unique stats. Getting new toys with new possibilities faster isn't a BIG advantage, but it's still a small one. It's similar to the set hats you could get faster by buying them.
I don't want to bitch since in the end the advantage will change and Valve's overly creative "+stat1; -stat2" doesn't look interesting at all to me, but I still don't like the idea.
I also don't like "Level 10 RIFT *name*". It makes it look even more like just a piece from another game that doesn't belong in TF2. TF2 in the beginning was a shiny new hat, now it's (still) unpolished and full of colorful patches.
But eh, they avoided the worst and we already expected the worst, so "meh".

I think Brass Beast, and only because in-game it looks a little different. Not sure of the others.

It's actually more powerful since its the base dmg, so if an enemy is coated with jarate or something you will do additional 35% which makes it +70% dmg in total.
