Deaths with Afterburn from the new axe uses the Degreaser kill icon I thought for once Valve had done good with kill icons I thought too much I guess
Why the hell is it using the Degreaser kill icon?
Wow. You are canceling a payment just to get 2 items. I believe this is against the EULA.
1. No, I'm not doing anything. I'm asking what would happen. The response of "You get your account disabled. Not the items removed, not VAC ban, fucking disabled" was shocking, so I asked those questions. Honestly, what if someone was like "Rift looks fucking cool, I gotta check this out!" And then a week after ordering says "Wait a second, this is an MMORPG? Fuck that, I want my money back." So they get their account canned because of that? What if you did that with a game that DIDN'T give you stupid items in another game? "Well I was going to preorder Homefront, but then as more news about what the game was going to be about I got really discouraged and canceled my preorder, and then Steam canned my account!" 2. You got a problem with me?
We have ratings for that.
Agreed.
Why the hell is it using the Degreaser kill icon?
Turns out it uses your currently equiped flamethrower. In this case, the video I watched, he had the degreaser equipped
I once pre-ordered L4D2 and canceled it about a week later (decided I didn't want to spend $50 on it) before the bills hat was even announced. I got the Bills Hat for a while (even though my pre-order was canceled) and one day I logged in to find it missing :smith: Anyways, the fact that these items will be craftable does not make it okay for three reasons: 1) The recipe to craft them is probably gonna be fucking expensive and require an abundance of metal 2) People who buy the game are still getting an exclusive game-changing advantage for the next four weeks. 3) Chances are, the weapons are going to be craft only, which means it'd be rare since you can't find it in drop systems. I think they should have done it this way: The two weapons get their own recipes and are put in the drop system right away as if they were normal new weapons being added, however, pre-ordering Rift would give you a "unusual" versions of these two items, possibly with a fire particle effect since it fits the weapons.
Mother fucking agreed, dude. That would have been really cool and probably worth the 50 bucks. The other thought on top of that would be to release two non-Rift styled weapons right next to these that gives the Scout and Pyro new weapons with the same effects. Oh well, I can go four weeks without playing TF2.
Maybe the old promotional items will be droppable/craftable and the original ones will become genuine. I want to know what will happen when vintage and genuine will be on the same item.
We have ratings for that.
I disagree!
Maybe the old promotional items will be droppable/craftable and the original ones will become genuine. I want to know what will happen when vintage and genuine will be on the same item.
The easiest way would be to just leave them vintage.
I modded my server's items_game to replace the items with Sun thing: Fish Volcano thing: axetinguisher Join if you want to test them: 173.3.168.26 I don't think viewmodel's work though, so taunt

I like how owning TF2 gets you a crappy claim code you cant use without the game, yet buying the totally different game gives you actual items.
I disagree!
Informative of you
2. I'm not a furry.
:crossarms:
The Sharpened Volcano Fragment and the Sun-on-a-Stick will be obtainable through crafting after the Rift pre-order period ends.
A++ reading guys!
I like how owning TF2 gets you a crappy claim code you cant use without the game, yet buying the totally different game gives you actual items.
CONTENT FOR A GAME THAT YOU CANT USE IF YOU DONT OWN IT? what an odd concept!

Vintage > trade > Used
Informative of you
Why yes, how friendly of you!
Think it will fool anyone?
The purpose of vintage is to show that it was an item made prior to the Mann-Conomy update, (or promotional thing what have you) not who originally owns it.
