It's -45% damage then +35% damage then any modifiers (crits/mini crit) So however the math works out, that's what it does. I don't think it boils down to -10% damage, though, probably a little more.

I'm so tired of all these retarded new weapons. The game was completely spoiled for me when they added the option to pay real money for items.

The Sharpened Volcano Fragment and the Sun-on-a-Stick will be obtainable through crafting after the Rift pre-order period ends. Nope, no rarity there, that's good if you ask me.

The new weapon stats are shit anyhow. Unless the volcano axe deals normal damage it is inferior in every way to the axtinguisher. Would you rather set people on fire with your melee, or kill them outright if they are already on fire? The sun on a stick is a goddamn joke. No normal scout would use that piece of shit. Congrats valve: you added 2 new horrible weapons that both suck gameplay-wise and theme-wise. This is an all new low.
