It suits offensive spies well, like the Ambassador, but it's purpose (like the Dead Ringer or the Targe) drift from the Spy himself. It suits him, but brings in a new playstyle. Which is nice actually, the only other class that could use it is maybe either as a Sniper weapon used to sabotage other snipers. But for that it'd need to be as slow as the Rifle which'd bring too much of a dissadvantage in close-combat so that'd only work for defensive snipers and you don't get a lot of them.

Not to sound needy, but does anybody have any opinion on the Indifference Field I devised an hour ago? It's kinda offtopic since it ain't part of the Polycount Contest, but I just need to know whether or not it could actually work.
We wouldn't really have this problem were it not for the mysterious disappearance of the Unlockable Ideas Megathread, and simple ideas mightn't be enough for the Emporium without a model or drawing or whatever.

Implementing things early would help the "Engie wave" tho. But I doubt it'll be quick. Except for when they half-ass it like with the community weapons which had no killicons, led to drinking wood or eating a chocolate sandvich.
Half-assing's no way to do things... Either all-in or all-out, that's the way most things flow.
Looking forward to this update considerably since I'm hoping VALVe will increase drop rate like they did for the engy update. It has been nice finding 2 items in a single match.

Personally, I'm just hoping we don't see something overly cartoony and 'out there' that just doesn't fit with the game get in.
A good number of the Heavy's packs really suffer from this.
Cooking Papa doesn't
If Valve only let's one pack for one class get in the game, it will be horribly disappointing, escpecially if the stats aren't good.

I'm not gonna deny that the pack is very well done, but I just find the idea of people running around smacking people to death with oven gloves to be just a little bit too out there, even for Team Fortress.

Cooking Papa is probably the only "comical" Heavy entry I wouldn't mind winning.
I feel it fits his Lunchbox unlocks, and his looks and body structure.
However should another entry win, I would want it to be Opethrockr55's entry.
With that insanely sexy minigun, and that bigass shotgun, and those makeshift knucklers.

As someone mentioned above, we got Snipers who reveal cloaked Spies by throwing piss at them. We also got a man who got chest hair shaped like Texas (I think) because he was exposed to something called Australium. We also got the camera beard in this war-themed hat-wearing-simulator. Do I need to go on?
