yeah, they don't have impacts and they're not angled, but they're much nicer than the Rift ones.

Holy shit, I just realised how smart Valve's being with this promo.
They're bringing promo items back to their original idea for them (Showing you're a fan of a game).
See, everyone can get the items now, but only the people who actually preordered the games will get Genuine. People who don't care about the game will either find or craft the items, or buy them form the Mann Co store for $60 instead of buying a game they don't care about for $90.
And now hopefully if you see someone with the genuine items equipped, you can assume they are a fan of the game and not some idiot who payed $90 for some items.

At first I was pretty angry but they actually seem to have put some NOT SHIT STATS on the weapons and they'll probably at least be INTERESTING TO PLAY WITH unlike CERTAIN WEAPONS FROM OTHER PATCHES such as THAT GOD DAMN FISH.

I wish the katana would have +5% damage so Demomen could actually 1-hit-kill soldiers with the Targe and the sword, like the haiku suggests.

1) Does the fan o war's -90% damage done also affect the primary weapon slot?
2) Does the kunai have a limit to the amount of health you can add?

1) no
2) 175HP overheal
On paper, that Spy knife doesn't seem too bad.
After 1 backstab you're just a regular Spy that auto-heals after every backstab.
On the other hand, the katana might be a bit annoying if you're on quickswitch.
