its a spy weapon
but more importantly, it's a spy weapon dependent on stab, switch, and run tactics
the spy doesn't instakill here
instead, it just makes it so the person dies over time
they gain stabbing from the front being useful, but lose extrapowerful backstabs and running tactics

Yeah, double jump is an important part of a Scout's usual strategy, taking their pistol would make it just stupid to use.

The Desecrater - A 30 Inch black spiked dildo. Melee, 1 hit kill, worth 5 points, downside is that you have to use a 30 second taunt showing you as you gut your enemy through his asshole slowly as he screams in pain and terror. The enemy gets bloodier and bloodier with more and more vital organs being pulled out as the time goes on. You get 1 point every six seconds, and if you're killed before the 30 seconds is up, however many points you had will be your final total.
If you use all 30 seconds and live with all 5 points, you get an achievement called "Don't Drop the Soap".
Call valve, lets get working on this.
