EOTL was when she was given an official role in the game and got voicelines. She became a fully-fledged main character instead of just a side character.
Can you show me where in EOTL she was added cause i'm not seeing it nor do I remember it:

I don't know why the fuck anyone ever expected TF2 would be next after Dota 2. That's outright delusional. CS:GO would be the next one in line if anything.

...The video. You know, the video with Miss Pauling as a major character? Stop being so goddamn nitpicky.

developers dont want to go through nearly a decade of disgusting crap. this is why tf2 stays on source 1
RIP

Pauling isn't in the EOTL short, also you also said she got in game with voicelines in EOTL too

If they're not going to port to source 2, they could at least clean up the huge fucking mess of the cosmetics system. I mean, dota 2 had it all right with loaded parts instead of bodygroups.
Tf2 was the guinea pig of source multiplayer games, i understand, but you could at least implement the successful features from your newer games into your older one.
Its probably late, but the grenade launcher has a bone for the stat track.
And the stat track on the minigun is upside down, because the way the heavy pulls the minigun up in the inspect animation.
isn't valve bothered by how tiny c_model minigun looks like? they fixed the sticky launchers but with the new miniguns you can't even see natascha's ammo belt
i'm kind of annoyed by this deliberate denial
isn't valve bothered
no

At least we can report that Entitlement levels have remained constant throughout. :rolleye:
I do think that Valve will eventually move TF2 (and CSGO) to Source 2, though it's going to be at least a year or two down the road. Moving all active Valve games to Source 2 just makes sense, as it would allow Valve staff to more freely move between games. Also we've heard that a lot of newer Valve employees work on TF2, it would make sense to have TF2 on Source 2 so they don't have to be trained on Source 1, then retrained on Source 2.
Of course this is Valve they are talking about, they don't always do the logical thing.
If no porting then at least update the Valve splash screen.
One time I booted up Dota by accident and their superior Valve splash screen made me think TF2 had finally updated to that.

I actually modded my splash screen to the one Dota 2/Portal 2 uses as a matter of fact.
It's 2015 and people don't know about -novid ?

I'm so used to pressing space to skip it I don't know what'd I do with myself if it was gone.
Press space anyway.

I don't give a shit about a few extra seconds. Compared to PAYDAY 2 however where there's advertising, advertising, more advertising, then finally the developers...

If hoping that a company will port their game to their new engine at some point in the distant future instead of letting it get worse and worse on the 11 year old one in regards to performance and bugs (triple payload taunt bug, anyone?), then I am entitled as heck.
The fact that the answer is a big fat "No" is extremely frustrating because things could presumably only benefit from the port, better performance, a multitude of engine native bugs fixed/obliterated, etc.
Far be it from me to ask for the moon, but I do believe that porting a game to the engine that will perhaps become the standard for the company, that all employees will have to learn, is beneficial to not only player, but the team who has to work on it.
Simply hoping for a port? No.
Being angry and whinging on and on about it if it doesn't happen? Yes, then you're being entitled as fuck.

I had no idea making a single post was "Whining on and on."
Terribly sorry if it offended you, didn't know I could vicariously affect a person's mood by expressing annoyance at some very unwelcome news, that news being incredibly
aggravating seeing at how a port could possibly "cure the things that ails" us in terms of performance and glitches, but to hell differing points of view, I suppose.
This new emoticon (:hypeisnotreal:) describes EOTL well.

The update or the video?
The update or the video?
The update, of course.
http://www.teamfortress.tv/thread/27103/what-are-the-upcoming-lan-dates#16
What the fuck was the point of the dead year of 2013 and the meh year of 2014 for TF2 then if they weren't starting work on porting it to TF2?
TF2 team went from Valve's best team to their worst, but I just hope this was before whatever massive changes occured to lead to Gun Mettle update.
Maybe someone smart got 'promoted' as much as one can in flat management, and someone dumb quit/reassigned/fired from the TF2 team?
