I'm guessing he means that the plan is to work on issue 6 directly after they finish with issue 5 and not work on any other comics in between issues like they did with this one.
Of course plans can change.

No, we liberated Skeleton King. He was in an abusive relationship with DOTA that would have ended in death if we hadn't saved him. He still hasn't fully recovered which is why he wasn't a very powerful TF2 boss. What you also seem to gloss over is that DOTA attempted to steal Smissmas shortly after, but they were unsuccessful.

What the hell have they been working on? It's not like they were busy in crunch writing for all the games they announced at e3.
Was it the steam summer sale? Did it take them eight months to write up the names of the monsters?
