Spycrab stickers. Ok.
[sp]also really goddamn tacky[/sp]
-great late mate-
The more you know. Thanks for teaching me how to do things!
Talking of Aussies,do you think they'll have a price drop after the update ?
They might take a small fall in the hype, but they'll soon climb back up again. Especially once the market becomes saturated with skins (easier to get the skins than the Aussie after all).
So is Miss Pauling going to take the wrapping paper off these guns so we can see what they really look like?
Will these skins act as tools , similar to name tags and paint cans? I might give them a chance, otherwise, I'm not sure I'm willing to give up on my stranges, botkillers, strange parts, names, desc. and so on
We can hope, but looking at what's on the site - it'll just be like CS:GO. The skin will be unique, and not with the ability to be "applied" to other weapons. It'll be a weapon in itself with a small chance of being strange, unusual (god help us) and both.
It's basically CS:GO's skin system. It's a weapon with a random skin (and quality of skin). I don't see it being valued more than Aussies, after all - Aussies are harder to get.

It's probably just an Easter Egg in the camo pattern texture.

I legit thought they were wrapped up as presents when I first saw the image.

At least as far as the Unique versions go for. I'm sure that the StatClock/Unusual combos will be plenty pricey for the standard comp weapons, especially depending on the wear and grade.

In coming!
Guys, but there is a thing we are all hyped about
Bugs!
I will eat a banana if the update runs well without any bugs
I will also eat a banana if it doesnt

Make sure to post proof
What if this update also has some crazy optimization passes
like being able to use opengl instead of DX8 on windows for tf2

here's the catch.
Make it slightly brused if there are bugs.
So, how much longer until TF:GO is launched?
to be honest, 10 minutes to 3 hours
So to what extent will these skins be randomized? Will certain skins have variations other than the ones that were listed?
The system in CS:GO for certain weapons is that the pattern is one large texture that's wrapped around the gun, but shifted around slightly for each gun so there's slight variation every time. Also the different levels of quality make them more unique too.
But all that CS:GO stuff should stay in CS:GO, it just doesnt fit in with tf2.
So which map do you guys think you'll like the most? Powerhouse will probably be mine since I love hydro's aesthetic.

All of them seem pretty awesome and asthetically different than most maps.
Suijun is my favorite, but it's a killer on the processor. I'll pass judgement on Powerhouse when I see how the map is set up.
Snowplow.
powerhouse achievements are on steam now (scroll down to the bottom)

As far as gameplay goes, Borneo.
Powerhouse is advertised as a densely-packed 3-cp push/pull style of map. So imagine well, badlands, granary, or your favorite 5cp map of choice, then cram it into a smaller package and make it more cramped to boot. Also underwater areas because water sure is useful and enjoyable, right guys?
Hopefully 5cp-lite will be more bearable on pubs than 5cp is though, pubs tend to not understand the ebb and flow that is making pushes on a map that doesn't have a bomb cart to push. Taking away the two outer-most points reduces that clutter and focuses attention on the meat and potatoes. I just am hoping it's not crammed too tight.

I've never been a big fan of Borneo's last point, it's usually an impenetrable mess of sentries that takes forever to get through. I'm probably gonna like Snowplow the most, maybe Shuijin but I can't remember ever playing on it before so I dunno.
Crazy idea, what if powerhouse is a converted Hydro, where it chooses three random cap points instead of two?
