a nonvintage hat can be worth at most, 3 refined. that's what i find anyhow. i have a nonvintage merryweather. The merryweather is probably one of the top 3 hats in the game in terms of popularity, and yet i can't find anyone willing to trade a reasonable amount of metal/keys for it. all because it's nonvint.
