The way I see it is that's 4+3+3+7 keys=17 which is less than 1.5 buds
Did buds go down in value? I always thought buds were at the top alongside Bill's and Max's.

I don't really trust TF2tp. I can find as many over-priced items there as I do anywhere else.
Granted, over-priced is dependent upon my own opinions of the actual value.

Everyone who wanted a Bill's Hat has got one now, the demand goes down, hence the price goes down aswell. That's how a economy works.
