You can't really get money out of weapons (especially if they're not genuine/vintage) unless you sell them in large masses, but as for your hats, Bill's Hats are generally $10 and Earbuds are generally $20. It's also hard to sell individual hats, though I find it's much easier to trade Earbuds/Bills for money. So I just suggest trading all your hats (or at least the ones you're wanting to sell) for Bill's/Buds and then selling them, since it's easier to find people to do the deal, and also easier to know what price you've got.
