Couldn't I just delete the materials folder?
It just extracts it from the .gcf. It doesn't redownload.

It didn't work.
It made shit worse.
Not only did it not fix the Shogun pack items, but now all of my other non-stock items show up as errors and crash the game when I equip them.

Ok, seriously, is there some way to determine a concrete value for hats? I've been turned down in several trades being told "your hate is worth 1 refined, mine is worth 4," and a guy was nice enough to giv eme suggestions to spice up my TF2TP trade, and even said "series 2 has a decent value now," so certainly there's some way to compare the prices or something.
