Well that depends, did you pre order portal 2? If you did then you will get a genuine pin. And the potatoe hat is only obtainable by playing 13 indie games.

Yeah. I'd go for a bills hat + v. procedure mask, cause then you'll have a hat and misc for medic. That is if you play medic.
