Right guys, I need help negotiating a trade.

I have a Bill's Hat, worth about 8-10 refined.
Someone is trading his Vintage Panama, and a lot of refined.
How many refined metal, in addition to the Vintage Panama, would he have to trade me to make it a fair trade?
