Well if keys go for 2 ref and the bill's goes for 8 keys, then bill's is worth 16 ref and the poly set hats are 3 each, so 15 total.
Unless 1 key = 2 ref is inaccurate.

The poly's go for about 2 keys, snaggle might go for a bit more as it's not a crate hat.
