Roughly how much money in Steam games are Earbuds/Bill's Hats worth apiece? It's just that I haven't gotten on TF2 in ages and I'm pretty sure I'll be more happy with some new games than some pixels (seeing as if I get on TF2 again I'll be in it for the game itself).

Some of my friends want to play TF2 again, but their backpacks lack most of the new weapons and hats. They do have a lot of (old) vintage weapons and a couple of them are Lvl 0 and Lvl 100. I want to help them and trade those weapons for metal. How much are odd-leveled weapons worth and is it still worthwhile to trade the old vintage items with the current craze?
