For a side note, the briefcase won't be the Flag in Fortress Revolution. (exceptions may occur later in development.)

Well it's hard to like something that you can't perceive in any way.
listen, im not trying to be rude but without any team besides yourself and some guys who "might" do it, no source 2, no coding experience, nothing. this is going absolutely nowhere. you do have nice concepts and good drawings, something that could be used in something like tf2c or the emporium, but you are not going to make a game

Maybe you should try to make the base game/mechanics first (without graphics/other stuff) to see how it plays. Otherwise you'd be making tutorials for stuff that you will need to change. (It's a multiplayer game, mechanics will almost always need to be changed before release for balancing) And if it's fun, you may attract other people. A fun 'no graphics' demo can attract other developers.

We're are working on it, a demo is being made on source engine (1), so we can make a gameplay preview.
With low poly models for the 6 first dudes & 1 map.

The 3 other guys listed aren't part of the "might" do it section. Hell no I'm not doing a game alone, I might be foolish, but not up to that point ^^

That's something I made a while ago when I found that pixel character base thingy. Can't do a lot of details on those. But it's true the TF2 heavy & FR commando (named soldier back then) have similar clothing & facial attributes. The design of the vest is really heavy-like on that little pixel-dude. But it'll be more of a front vest, leaving the back exposed. The FR commando has a holster on his right hip, which can be interpreted as the heavy's pouch.
But yeah, they share a "team spirit" shirt, gloves, pants with military boots & a vest.

Jokes aside, works looking good to me, but you should get the basics down and make tutorials when you say the game is ready. And that is probably a scout.

I have had lots of experience in the programming department, and I'm here to make things happen.
And as said above, yes we are working on a lil' "Tech demo" of the game.

dude the problem here is not even is that NO ONE really has any [I]real[/I] semblance of how the engine will work. i mean, it'll be similar to source and most other large engines and we have a lot of dota 2 reborn to go on
but realistically speaking it's gonna be hard to make an actual anything considering no one completely knows how the engine's gonna turn out or what ALL the tools will look like or really anything at all. it's not a complete mystery but really, what are you expecting people to say? "yes i will work on this?"
it's all air at this point dude. I mean, the "concepts" you're providing aren't exactly impressive and show almost no breakdown or anything. it doesn't even look pencil drawn. at the very least, we should be seeing some actual concepts/models, shit, any kind of corporeal mockup would give this some water, but as of right now it's going to be impossible to get support. no one's gonna go for something that has a 5:1 ideas to physical, reasonable mockup ratio.
i mean, for all you know balancing issues in the game could cause you to completely eliminate one of your "planned" "features" or "ideas".
unfortunately all i can really make of this is that you heard of source 2, got so excited about the idea of something like tf2 on the engine, that you couldn't hold it in and wanted to make the game right now. all we're asking is that you look at this at least somewhat realistically. because i guarantee that if you did, you would've taken a step back by now. instead you're just giving us weird, disjointed pictures.

it seems like you're young and appealing to a completely nonexistent hype train.
Your art is pretty good, I'd like it to be used in somewhere else than a game that is not likely to be made. Ever considered making concepts for TF2 items, for that matter?

Good question. It depends on your Competences; check the list of what we're looking for to see if you fit. In anycase, answer this post & mention your sector of activity.
Also, we're looking for 2-3 voice actors for the demo: 1 male, 1 female & 1 for the announcer (best performance/only one who wants to do it will be chosen.) Correct micro quality asked.

Have you checked my workshop on steam, right? If no, do it, pictures are better than anythings. [I concepted weapons for TF2... Like 3-5 of them. Some are available on my deviant account.

If you're gonna get mappers, be aware that their Hammer knowledge won't help them with learning Source 2's Hammer.
