Just recently started as you can tell by my play time. Is this enough items to go into Deep End?

and I don't see a Valve Revalidation Toolkit in the tools bar

Contact Steam Support; the Campaign mode is infamous for being buggy as hell to acquire because it references the same GCFs as the multiplayer port.

try steam support, or try re-installing tf2, there is an option to install singleplayer from there

oh wow this is the best game ever. i just found out you can befriend enemy heavies by drinking bonk when they shoot at you until they pull their fists out, then throwing a sandvich at them. they don't join your party, but they'll help you until the end of the mission or if you shoot one of them. kinda cool.

Did you buy the Advanced Radio Signal Receiver? If you have the Basic one, it won't work.

Also if you craft a Cloak-and-Dagger with anything battery-based it causes the battery to recharge on it's own instead of having to scout around for metal to recharge it.

I just got [sp]Borsch Belt in Heavy's campaign in the Boxing mission. It's awesome, too bad it takes all equipment slots but hey, i instacrit with my melee now![/sp]

Medic, Scout, Pyro is what I usually have, but of course with the Spy campaign I'm doing I can only rely on them as a last resort.
Hey gaiz I'm stuck on the Civilian campaign where you have to cross the bridge but there's a TROLL under it.
Guys help! I'm stuck on the Pyro campaign. It says I need to [sp]light up a few arrows for the Sniper but I have to help him find his huntsman first. I've looked all over 2Fort, Dustbowl and Steel and I still can't find it.[/sp] :frown:

The Civilian campaign is designed as a First-Person RTS/Escort mission (with you as the escort) more than anything; you're meant to instruct other team members to do shit for you. Your mileage may vary on this; I found it quite boring.
Get a nearby soldier to do it.

It's on Sawmill, under the crack along the saw's path. You have to repeatedly airblast the saw so it stops moving so that Sniper can reach in and retrieve it.
It's basically a Quicktime event, I despised it.

Can anyone help me get past the first Soldier mission? I get off of the boat and that sniper keeps killing me. I've looked online and they've firing at the battlements but I cannot find the enemy base.

Yeah, I had trouble with that one too. I eventually figured it out. I personally [sp]jumped out of the boat before it reached the island and swam directly into the underground base.[/sp] That also allowed me to skip two whole missions.

You can do that but you miss finding the Direct Hit behind the Sniper battlements. The next time you find one is mid-way into the fourth mission, so it works out better in the long run not to skip the first segment.
Not to mention all of the ammo and stuff you find along the way.

I don't think the DH and the ammo you find are worth the healthkits and ammo that you use to complete the missions. The shortcut puts you partway through the third mission, anyways. You only have to do about 1+1/4 missions to get the DH with the shortcut.
I nearly cried at the end of the scout campaign when the spy missed the backstab and stabbed my [sp]sniper[/sp] in the back of the neck.
I nearly cried because he was level 76 with a Huntsman upgrade to fire 3 arrows at once.
How do I get past the Scout Rush in the Sniper campaign? They're too fast to hit with the rifle, the Huntsman runs out of ammo too fast, the SMG is just useless, and they always dodge my Jarate!

Ha! I got a Glitch somehow, so in the Medic campaing, I have Medic and the Nazi Medic from the flashback still as campanion!
