Mostly because Geralt moves rather quickly in swordplay. Since Scout is quick, Valve figured "GIVE HIM A SWORD, MAKE HIM MAN FACE" and thus, Scouts of the Round Table is born. Or "The Scouter" for some people.
Doesn't phase me, I pre-ordered this game when it originally went up several months ago. I want my damn Quick Stance 5-chain :frown:

Of course they won't. They didn't even use the animations OTHER PEOPLE MADE to be used with the weapons like the Loch'n'Load and Warrior's Spirit.

I've heard that the TF2 animators were working on portal 2, maybe they will make animations for the sword, hell, look at the director's taunt, there is hope!
FUN FACT: Scout has more melees than the Demoman. Counting this sword, Scout now has 7 melee weapons, where the Demo only has 5, not counting the Headttaker..

that's because people install all kinda bullshit anime HUDs and shit that corrupts their game. if you have a good enough pc, and your tf2 install is all clean and tidy, there will be no problems playing the game.
