Just crafted a stock Knife trying to get a Black Rose. Entire server immediately freaked out.
Does it have a craft number? [editline]3rd July 2015[/editline]
As far as numbers go, anyone wanting to replicate that success would be focusing on trying to get an Australium Blutsauger as that'd yield the highest chances of results. The Medic's primary slot has the fewest amount of options available (four), next closest is Pyro's primary slot and Engineer's primary slot. However, I'd hazard that there runs a chance of nabbing a botkiller or even a festive in the process, as there seems to be no restriction on what can be crafted. However, they could also try to just craft madly if they don't want an australium specifically, in which case attempting to craft Flamethrowers or Mediguns would yield the highest chance of any successes (but most likely Botkillers if that's indeed the case).
IMO, it's best to craft pyro primary weapon, as you can actually get The Nostromo Napalmer which is worth 3 ref on the market atm.

Made 30 craft for the Medi Gun, nothing.
wait, there's no limit to what you can craft now? eg = crafting recipes before : default yellow snipers after = yellow, festive, australiums snipers?
My dumb, poorly-considered thoughts on this update's maps: - Powerhouse: Had a great time playing this one. The inside of the bases can be pretty stalemate-y sometimes, though, and some rooms look oddly plain. - Borneo: Seems alright. Nothing too amazing, but a fun enough payload map. Custom assets blend in well with Valve's. - Sujin: Every map in TF2 runs at ~100fps for me, except this one which drops to ~30. Also, it's basically a very pretty corridor. - Snowplow: Unclear what relevance the train has to the CP objectives, frequent crashes, sometimes floods the console with errors every frame... Valve Was Right. The addition of music is nice, though. TF2 should have more contextual music.
Made 30 craft for the Medi Gun, nothing.
I think it might be schema patched now, don't think valve will let an economy exploit stay this long.
Are you still able to craft everything?
Damn ,I'm always late to the party
Are you still able to craft everything?
Some people are saying crafting is down.
ah, shit. I was hoping I could get a black rose again.

Made a video of black rose & stock knife crafting in 10 tries, in total I got 2 black roses with maybe 30 or so attempts.
So is there a list anywhere of what HUD files were changed? Want to try my hand at fixing what broke with the copy of ToonHUD I have installed.

Got a Black Rose on my first try. It still works.
I got the first one on my 3rd try then nothing for a long time, then I did 10 in a row for the video and got it again.

Is it just because I'm running a 980 so I don't notice the bad optimization?
Is the item thing already patched?
What the fuck, I have to pay to get contracts? Are you serious? I thought it was a fake payment on the update page like they've done before, but apparently not. Good fucking job Valve, I was interested in this update and wanted to play, but I can't since I don't want to spend 7 dollars.
so wait, you have to pay for the pass AND contracts?
so wait, you have to pay for the pass AND contracts?
No, just for the pass, contracts are free once you buy it
Can anyone confirm that you can still craft the stuff that can't be crafted? Gonna go on a streak.
I just crafted a Black Rose and an Enthusiast's Timepiece, so. Also, for some reason, crafting Heavy primaries has given me a Panic Attack and a Shotgun. What's up with that?
no they didn't keys are still 2.49
Key used to be sold for 1,99 Euro Now It's like 2,29 Euro.

If you're able to run the game with constant 120 fps, you won't get screen tearing on a 60 Hz monitor either and can enjoy more fps.

I assume through console?
-snip-
Type fps_max 120 into the console. You need to be disconnected from a server to do it. You can check your fps with cl_showfps 1 or net_graph 1. You can disable these monitoring tools when you set them back to 0. [editline]3rd July 2015[/editline]
So how exactly do I tell TF2 to limit itself to 120 fps instead of 60? And I usually always leave net_graph to 1 by default because I just like staring at my fps counter lol. Thanks for the tip.
