If soundsprays were where the .wav exploit lived then it's possible they permanently disabled them because Valve hates any user-created content they can't squeeze fucking dry for a few extra bucks
ftfy
Youre right, valve hates user created content while they havent fix the unbreakable Windows yet worst company ever
A bunch of elements in powerhouse were half inched from other maps http://imgur.com/a/rNmTF It's good to see Hydro actually getting played..... sort of
that lack of nodraw at the bottom makes me cringe...
that lack of nodraw at the bottom makes me cringe...
What's bad about it? You wouldn't get to that area anyway. Unless you mean the unnecessary textured insides.
Could be cool if the Eviction Notice gives a speed bonus when you hit an ally as well.
I love how there's no damage spread. Never will I headshot a soldier and then hit a noscoped bodyshot for 49 and he gets away with 1 health anymore
Now he gets away with 2! This thing royally bones grenade demomen. Landing two grenades deals 200 damage, which probably won't kill with this thing equipped. If a demoman lands 2 direct pipes on a soldier with no overheal or medic, that soldier should be dead.

My PC's no god, but it can run games like Borderlands 2 just fine on high settings. With TF2, I have to use a high FPS config just so I can use the medium quality models and high quality textures, and I still get drops in firefights, but I literally can not get a stable 60 on either of the maps.
And, because Windows has no OpenGL option (why Valve), the laggy-for-some/shitty DX90 is the only option if we want to see the new skins.

TF2, though, essencially a PC exclusive, has no excuse, though.
