You have to bind a key to it, i think, it's in the patchnotes for the manniversery update.
I changed my Flair decal. The multiple faces look bad on every class.
I'm not very creative, but I like this. I'm sure it will make some Engineer butthurt anyway, when I two shot their sentry with my Loch N Load, heal myself on the scraps as he is frantically trying to kill me, and behead him with the Persian Persuader, and get a killcam with my with a shit eating grin while wearing a trollface badge with trollface buttons.
I'm actually a nice guy IRL, but in TF2 I fucking LOVE humiliating and utterly destroying inexperienced / bad players with normal and OP weapon combos.

Best way to make someone mad in TF2 is to use OP weapons, dominate him, claim that it's skill, then continue to kill him over and over again until he's just about to give up, and when he gets THIS CLOSE to killing you, disconnect.

Plus what DDSN said. Trollface is pretty dumb as-is, and you could've done something REALLY cool with the flair instead of a bunch of trollfaces. Like I said before, it's just a waste of time/money.
I'm pretty fickle. Until someone creates something for the Flair that I really like, I'll stick with the many trollfaces.
