looked through 10 pages here dammit i need a goddamn decal tool

i had seen a flair! decal on suf that made them look like blow out bullet holes.. i suppose it wouldn't work without painterly, but would anyone happen to have a download / image link?

Took me a second to see that was the Monarch, looked like a someone had hung a iron and giving it a bag over its head.

Could somebody rassle me up a spiderman decal for the flair? :suicide: I'm a retard when it comes to image editing. (i'm talking about the hilarious 60's spiderman)

Although I did sell a Bill's hat and used some of that money for a Hachimaki, so not all was lost. I could probably B&W one, tint it the clan prides color then add a shadow so it looks like an engraving on a clan pride, though. Infact I will do that later.

custom texture details should provide a hint. red= red team blu = blue team yellow = tf2 logo green= saxton hale i think..
