theres my pin layout (hooray for fake polycount pin)
also, if you don't want to use gradient shit for your decal, go to your tf folder, make a folder called scripts, then put in the items folder, then make a folder called custom_texture_blend_layer. the one for flair is flair_template guide. I'll try to find the other ones later, they all have different names.
this essentialy is replacing the layout tf2 uses to help you. instead of loading up the default guide, it loads this one, so just move the gradient all the way to the left, and you're set.
