It's published by them, and yes it has microtransactions that aren't necessarily 'fair', but the game was made by DevCat and imo it's not as bad as other Nexon-published games in the past.

It's not that bad, the cash shop doesn't provide any huge blatant advantages... [i]yet.[/i]

It's mostly just cosmetics. The game is still tons of fun with plenty of depth.
