The only way to counter that would be keeping the blocking stat, but headshots work (but then, the sniper that runs away would just have to jump when running away, effectively lowering his chances of dying)
I think that TF2 is perfectly balanced. I find no weapon or item ever used against me to be so powerful that I had no way of beating it, nor give my opponent that much of an edge.

-Has damage falloff(without shield it doesn't)
-Shield reduction reduced to 50%
That way, the shield helps it, and no sniping at long range. Then it would be situational like weapons are supposed to be.

This I agree with. Being killed by a sentry across the map outside my line of sight/attention is really annoying.

The wrangler doesn't need to be nerfed. The engie needs to be able to see you to shoot you, thus you can see him. Take out the engie and it's piss easy to take out the sentry.

That was sorta one of the problems I could see: It would be a complete downgrade compared to the pistol. Maybe give it another upside, like extra protection for the engie etc
The idea is that you don't get sniped from battle decks from an engie, making it more useful on medium range.

Um, look at the sides? It's pathetically easy to aim with the wrangler and be unseen/untargeted. If it really matters, you can even jump and strafe left and right.

it's still a sentry with that does twice the damage and effectively has 50% more health
it needs falloff, sentries with it can do way too much damage over huge distances and it's not even hard to aim due to the aim assist (which should probably go as well)
Nerf Demo's stickie launcher radius or damage, it's so annoying once you're just 1 inch outside it's radius. Insta-killed.
Trying to retreat? He pops another one in front of you taking away the chance to escape.
Guys I don't think the Wrangler needs a huge nerf, the Engineer is defenseless while using it since he has to rely on a standalone sentry. However with 2 Engineers there is a problem. If anything just nerf the shields a wee bit, not significantly but enough to make the Demo need one or two less stickies.
