I don't know what's up with this, but whatever I do, I can't get GUIstudioMDL to compile. It won't get any further than the Added command line: message.
Try refreshing the SDK content, and then compiling with the SDK open.

For this to fit the world animations you would need to have some grips like the original launcher or DH has.

Whatever you used to export or convert it to vtf should give you the option of what texture format to use.

will you people shut up/get over the new page limit thing? you guys aren't helping it. people have been saying that the emporium will be locked when the OP hits its image limit, not when it reaches the ungodly page number of 146 or whatever it was. however at this rate we might actually reach it...

I wonder how hard a head replacement for the pyro would be to make it something more along to lines of a stylish spy mod since the pyro doesn't have faceposing.
The only thing I think would be trouble would be hat placement, but I don't know.
