No-one including AyesDyef has managed to compile a working replacement for the HWM models, AFAIK.

Yeah for right now. The UV map needs a redo because the most detailed part of the image is so low res. I'm thinking about giving the front of the boombox it's own texture like the heads on the characters have.

As of now I have the Soldier, Heavy, Medic, Demoman, and Pyro HWM and non HWM models replaced. For some reason though the Scout doesn't work. Also I think I should note, that the Space Marine models are going to have LODs, so people won't have to worry about CPU overload. :)
