Well for ncf, you just get the sounds straight out of the game directory which i think is in steamapps\common for Killing Floor. That should have the sounds, of course.

Adding sprays is an in-game feature. Your point is invalid.
The same way we could assume playing is modifying the game, since you're using in-game features like shooting and moving, and you're making your own decisions.

I've finished the Pyro, Sniper and Scout.
Now I'd like to announce that I'm looking for a good mapper And by good I mean good, since I want to finish this mod as soon as possible. Someone who'd be willing to create a map somewhat in Warhammer 40k's theme. Or better yet, someone who has already been working on one. I know this isn't much of a request but I was hoping somebody could take that custom backburner model called the Wrath of Wan Hu and merge it with the normal Flamethrower world model.

You could make a vintage ray gun for the flare gun.

It's really just a toy raygun. (there's a wind-up key in the back of it because that's the only way i could think of to reload a toy raygun...)

Christ this sounds pack is gunna be my most lengthiest work to date.
Ok guys I'm back after being gone for ages. Finished work on another hat, only issue is transparency won't work. I'm using a plain color that is semi-transparent but when I use $translucent other parts of the model become transparent and what I use $alphatest the area I want to be semi-transparent becomes fully transparent.

I'll spill the beans because I desperately need help, the part of the model I want transparent are the sunglasses part of my hat, I only want it to be semi-transparent (as sunglasses are) but like I said $alphatest either makes it completely transparent or completely solid, and $translucent causes other parrts of the model to mess up and turn translucent.
I ran into this problem before but couldnt't fix it, so I worked around it, anyone got any ideas this time?
I'm curious as well because one of the polycount hats for the spy, the Saharan Hat thingy has a pair of sunglasses, they must use transparency when they're added so.....

You add the transparency on the texture. If you know how to make transparent sprays its just the same way for textures. Just an alpha map on that part from what I know.
