I was looking at a few older emporiums and saw the bagpipes, an eyelander/skullcutter replacement, which I absolutely LOVE, but alas I was distraught when I realized that the hit sounds were the same as the skullcutter. :( I have no clue how to edit sound files. And I was wondering if any of you unfathomably talented modders (rate me optimistic for flattery. Lol.) Would know how to maybe change the skullcutter sound files, to maybe some sour notes from bagpipes, warbled, or like the sound of it deflating in a less than melodical tone, to make the hits sound like it's actually a pair of bagpipes your bashing people with. I think that'd be epic, and really suit it better, as it's my favorite skullcutter skin. (Albeit one of the only ones.) Also, maybe you could make a killicon hecates? :) that would be awesome! The rest of your icons are sweet, btw.
Populus, the models look amazing. Any estimated release dates, or do you have no idea when it will be finished?

There's nothing wrong with suggesting to make the players more distinctive, like I said the Engineer is fine as the techmarine which is clearly distinctive and Populus has already stated that he is working on the other models so give the guy a break. Plus how is he being lazy working his ass off making 9 seperate player models which he doesn't have to do out of his spare time with no reward, trust me pal you should try modeling it's no easy task it takes time, and clearly a lot of time and effort has gone into this. Another thing, I'm not sure classes have to be extremely distinctive, they just need to suit there class traits is all, using the mod will kinda take a few moments to adjust to but after that I think you'll know who's who without having to think twice. Populus don't listen to this douche, give yourself a pat on the back for you insanely awesome hard work.
I had a piece of old paper and a pencil, and with boredom came this... Might make this along with my medigun concept when I get my software back. Well it was intended to be for a firework launcher as someone requested to me, but I got a little ahead of myself.

As you can see I'm not the only one who thinks this thing needs sounds, ASAP, and might I ask what interests you? The model itself? Or the prospect of creating the sound files? If it can't be done, I'd still love a kill icon. :)

It's really great, just the lack of appropriate sound throws me off....well that and playing on servers with the sliced in half ragdolls plug-in. Lol. Neo, I have PM-ed you. :) take a look. And just for kicks I'll call it Soldier's M27 Rocket Launcher.
Er, I apologize if this has already been answered, but I've been having a problem with FrankenHud 10. For the most part, it works fine, but with Payload, the cart legend cuts into the ammo and health displays, like so: [img] http://filesmelt.com/dl/pl_upward00023.jpg[/img] Is there any way to fix this?

Also, I just realized that it can replace any of the demos melee weapons sans the bottle. So that's Eyelander, Skullcutter, and Paint train, all with appropriate animations. But i may use it for both the skullcutter and the pain train. But let's just focus on the pain train sound files first.

That thing is orgasmic. FIIIIIINALLY an exceptional grenade launcher re-model. I hope Valve eventually makes a new grenade launcher. The demo's the ONLY class without a primary weapon replacement. Shameful.....

Now to watch a ton of videos to see how to compile it properly :D Ive got this idea that is really cool in my head involving the axtinguisher. or a rocket. i dunno.
