I gotta admit. Take out the actual pipes, it looks like a boat paddle... Bugs me. Maybe a bit of detail, like Neo's Ambassador?
I'd use a tiny cylinder connected to a double sided rectangle face with alpha textures and jigglebones.

I still like the first one, and the musical notes are a nice addition. I like it.
Progress, basic wings and claws. Back feathers are good because i only need to use textures, and i think im done modelling the body. The wings i might have to redo to get a smoother look.

Doesn't really look like an Eagle to me.
But it IS pretty close to an eagle.

If the Emporium ever closes, I would want the website (because it would have been released by then) to change to a black background. It would say 'In Loving Memory Of...'
And then show every mod anyone on the Emporium has ever shown, with the birthdate as 2007 and the death-date as the day when the Emporium closed.
Then a picture of Royzo's gently smiling face. But no longer the ridiculous laugh. No. In this picture, he's serious and almost sad. Then it would say the same thing.
