So first, I load up the RED Soldier I've made.

Looks nice, if a little pixellated. Let's make sure that class_soldierred_cloak.vtf and class_soldierred_tint.vtf are working.
Start as BLU Spy, and disguise as Soldier.

We need a Backburner redux, I cant stand looking at its pointy edges and solid model for the pilot light.

Wait, the Backburner uses its world model for its firstperson view, is that even fixable? Same issue with the Engineers pistol.

check the gcf there's 12 files for each class

You have to make the cloak and tint files for this. If you don't know what I mean, open up GCF and go to materials/HUD.

I'll be honest, no matter how awesome or cool it looks, I think it seems too modern and maybe complex for TF2 world, but that's my opinion. Someone will surely like like this mod.

I think both are almost ready for release, correct me if I'm wrong
I talked to Corndog Ninja, and the class icons are almost ready. Then he'll do variations on the other sprites in the set (Tans, youtube characters, 1850's counterparts, etc)
So, uh... Whatever happened to the 1887 Scattergun replacement? Or the revolver attachment Frontier Justice mod?

Well the texture doesn't look that bad in game. Just needs a bit of detail. Clipping is a tad bit annoying but I can't fix it.
Yes the feather thingy jiggles, and so does the face part. (if only I could get it so it jiggles up and down..)

that would look so good with the fancy skins i'm doing, (everyone is wearing suits) especially since my engi doesn't look too good at the moment...
