Why not make it a engi skin? Not all of us have earbuds you know.
Siberian Splitter Time traveller's topper Splitter's lid
Siberian Splitter sound great. I'll go with that. Thanks.
www.Students.autodesk.com :eng101:
Oh thanks, I guess I'll have to wait 2 weeks for school to start again though... right? (I'm not a very technical person :v:)
It would make one hell of a skin for the Engineer.
It's already been made and contributed. That picture is the actual thing, not a concept. [editline]1[/editline] And according to the guy who made it, it does have jigglebones.
Yoink.
Hey, I was first!
http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Height2Normal (seems to be outdated and no longer functional, but VTFEdit can make normal maps from height maps) http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Normal2dudv These should do the trick.
Thanks, I think I got it working. I have another problem now. My class_scout_cloak.vtf has a red outline around it, the red line's pixels are in the alpha channel layer. But when I'm fully cloaked as a spy scout I can't see the red line. I thought it would be something to do with the alpha channels of the normal. So I put an outline around the base scout picture (same width as my scout_cloak.vtf outline). Then added an alpha channel, copied that, then got rid of the outline, made it a normal, then pasted the alpha channel back in. I saved it to tga then import it via VTFEdit. And when I looked at it in game it looks like this: Ah, do normal maps shift the image a bit? Because the selection isn't lining up

Green for Blu, Red for... well I don't know... team yellow.

[editline]1[/editline] And according to the guy who made it, it does have jigglebones.
ho thanks for waiting after I've all modelled and rigged it thanks. (sorry it's really frustrating) Who made it? link? and also the pic really looked shopped so I'm kinda sceptical about it being the actual model.
I want to make a promo for that hat
It's already been made and contributed. That picture is the actual thing, not a concept. [editline]1[/editline] And according to the guy who made it, it does have jigglebones.
Last I remember hearing, the guy who made it said he painted the coat over the engineer.
Okay, all I need to know is how to select layer effects and layers without using smart objects or rasterizing
Now thats best way how to get William Tell Overkill Achievement for Sniper and if you make it green then it stats would change to: 40% more damage from PC users and: -40% damage from MAC users.
Hehe, the way I name my files ended up in me naming it tell_apple, so I was thinking about making a bite out of it like the apple logo for shitz and gigglez.
Tell us who made it so we can bombard him with "RELEASE IT" emails
I don't remember who it was. It was in the TF2 comics 4 or 5 or something. All my information was from people posting in the thread saying they had talked to him.
Siberian Splitter sound great. I'll go with that. Thanks.
Are you going to do the Harry Tipper wig+mustache+sunglasses for Sniper later?
I'm pretty sure it was Enhanced_AI/Ehanced_AI, and I remember it being a good Photoshop, not a model.

I can't do scratch marks, sad I know. And that's the best I could come up with.
[img_thumb]http://imgur.com/OKdnC.jpg[/img_thumb] I can't do scratch marks, sad I know. And that's the best I could come up with.
Still looks nice. Maybe some paint patches on it?
i was hoping to see them colored, if you want i can give them color
I asked GastricTank in a PM, I'mma wait for him
Still looks nice. Maybe some paint patches on it?
I agree, the texture could use some polishing.
This has been a very good emporium. But i'm kinda glad it's coming to it's end.
I agree, let's have the next emporium filled with even better stuff!
So long, old friend.
I think when I get the coloured versions from Gastric I'm gonna forget about the outlines on the cloaked vtf
