Is there a plug-in or something I can download to make it possible to save images as .vtf? For some reason GIMP wont do it. I wanted to edit the "How about I X your shit?" pack to match my skins more. (Dinosaur pirates simple alternate BLU team face skins)

Use VTF edit to export the icons into a from you can edit with GIMP.
