Gunslinger looks kinda hard to identify that way, and I've already cut 1000 details off the Gunslinger icon (see [url=http://dl.dropbox.com/u/900111/allfists.jpg]this old pic[/url] for details. Maybe I'll redraw the Heavy fists, and maybe I'll undo the changes to the KGB.

It was like that for a while, then it got reversed because bleed kills just use a generic blood drop icon for the bleedout, whereas the other icons are used for actual melee hit kills with the bleed weapons.

Not sure what I think of the new scope myself.
However I can offer advice on the beta killicons:
[list]The Tranquiliser should have a motion trail behind the dart, like the Blutsauger needles[/list]
[list]The Syringe should possibly be tilted a little upwards?[/list]
[list]Nailgun has bad projectile and motion trail[/list]
[list]Backscratcher teeth look jagged, should possibly have a few teeth removed for simplicity (the same may or may not apply to the Krankensage)[/list]
[list]Fists of Steel has bad connection from hand to arm, very wide and jagged[/list]
Rest seem to look pretty sweet! I'm interested to know how you install them though, a complicated readme?
Eh I might as well let you do the boombox skunk, I've kinda left my WIP to rot.

Most of these look good...
I'd say: Ditch the fire on the Backscratcher, re-angle the Backscratcher and Frying pan, fix up the cut-off sword, and remove the projectiles from the guns.

But then they have to own photoshop, have a good understand of where materials go AND download VTFedit. That isn't user friendly.

17536 on a few boxes? You know that could be easily done with below 1000 polys right?
I'm a detail whore. I'm hoping to normal the smaller detail lines, but if I can't figure out normal maping I WILL put those in through the polies like I did the switches and headphone jack.
