I'm really excited for this, but I worry about how hard it will be to differentiate all of the different classes and the two teams. Maybe it's because I haven't seen it in action but it takes me a second or two to work out who is what in the worst cases.
But still, I really love this and I can't wait for it to come out.

I've already said that the only reason why it's got world models for the other classes is that Valve was lazy and decided to still use the w_model for the engie shotgun, rather than the c_model.
Also, I took the magazine off the gun, and it looked worse without it than it did him reloading into the magazine.

Ignore the people discouraging you to continue, it looks excellent.
Even though it's a concept that's been done before, I don't mind if you try to do it better.
It doesn't matter if someone else has sent something similar to the contribution site, let Valve decide which is the best entry.

Yours looks better than the polycount one anyway.
Kinda simple, but that's what I was aiming for since Minecraft is made of blocks afterall, I'll probably replace bills hat with it since a billion and one hats already replace the gibbus.

For now I'm thinking Creeper for Spy, Player for Engineer, Skeleton for Sniper, Cow for Heavy, Pig for Soldier, Spider for Scout, Slime for Pyro, Sheep for Medic and Zombie for Demo.
Gonna compile one as a test in a bit see how it looks ingame.
I personally like the look of the new pyro goggles.

That's a legitimate issue and I'm currently looking into it.
The Heavy is going to get an additional backpack attachment, and even without it he's currently easy to recognize. Same goes for the Medic and Engineer.
However, I'm having a problem with the Soldier and Demoman, as both classes' animations are actually not that far different. I'm thinking about adding some visual cues like a rocket strap on Soldier's leg much like in [URL="http://www.bluemoonminiatures.com/DevastatorSquad1.jpg"]this picture[/URL].
As for the Demoman I'm open for suggestions.
*Also thanks go to everyone sending me suggestions, but please, stop telling me obvious things like scout/sniper should be a scout marine.

I dont care if this has been done before, I dont like all of them. They seem to be way to complicated and round. TF2 is a simple and blocky world.

Scout marines are just Space Marines without power armor, Scout and Sniper are way too skinny to be Space Marine Initiates.
Please make them Imperial Guard Veterans, we already have 6 Space Marine characters and 1 Imperial Guard character (Spy).
