You could have one horn larger than the other, the teeth jutting at irregular angles, bullet holes/dents/battle wear(if possible) maybe some sort of skull totem in there somewhere?
Right now it does exceptionally awesome, though.

i spend an hour hexing/learning to (and succeeding) just to get a pink and black penis...
i guess its the model its supposed to add to the the ragdoll...?
and in that case there's not enough files included in the DL...

I find the naked models really funny myself.
I would not use them in game myself, but I do not discourage anyone that would find funny playing with bouncing penises in game.
After all I like play games with bouncing boob and buts. ^^
