All I do is ask people if they trade [x], then if they ask for what I show them a bunch of weapons and they usually pick one or two.

Earlier today I got 3 tags for a Chargin' Targe. I never bother with people with just 1 tag.
How do you go about getting Bill's/Buds/Unusuals? Usually when I see people with those they have a bunch of other items too and I figure they know about item values. So the only promotional items I've been able to get are the KF set.

Whatever. I don't really give two shits about the value. It's blue text. I could get them with yellow text, and they'd do THE SAME FUCKIN' THING.
I got a hat which can change my characters appearance, some nice paint, and a nametag for me to be witty, and even a key, which I can trade for fun stuff.
