Right now I have:

I wouldn't nessacarily go telling them that you rip people off, per say.. Might give them a reason not to help you. I've used a server scanner before myself, so I don't think that's what got you banned.

I realize that that was a mistake, but it's too late for that now. It really shouldn't effect their decision though, as it's legal under their TOS.
