Well, if you have no patience, you won't ever be able to do this. What I do is I hop onto a server, and I manually scan through all backpacks. Yes, it is tedious. I know, I've been doing it all day. But its rewarding as fuck. The feeling you get after a good scam like a Zatoichi for a Bills is exhilarating. With no patience, you'll never be able to do this.
The next time I get a good scam I'll post the full chatlog, so you have an idea of how to act.

Ah, I remember, I was the exact same way. I felt on top of the world. It may sound incredulously dorky, but the rush of adrenaline just made me push for more. It's a lot of luck. In the end, I resumed to playing the game normally. It's rather odd actually, looking at all these guys who are still really into scamming people. It's kind of like a side job, with the occasional temptation to start again. I've reached my goal anyway.
