ANYWAY - find a guy with few weapons and a desc tag. I also note he has several hats - most with [Can't trade] on them, so I assume he bought them.
And then, there's one hat.
Among all of the junk, there is a hat that is tradable.

when I got a toque for air (it wasn't unusual or v.) I felt guilty for like 10 minutes :v:
This is why I use personas when trading: the guilt slides right off to a guy called Theo who lives in Amsterdam.

Funny story, I bumped into a guy with a Bill's who I'd tried to trade with previously and didn't respond (I spammed this guy like a boss about a week ago). I thought I'd trade him again, and he accepted straight away!
He seemed really nice, telling me that he'd never traded before, and seemed really keen on getting some nice new weapons :D
