First you choose what items you want it to scan for
Then you go to a server and type status in the console
Then your copy and paste them into the box
Then you hit scan
And it gives you links to their backpack, adding them, their steam profile and copy their address

nah i get how to use it, i mean does it use any tf2 dlls or just run on its own?

It doesn't use and dlls
It uses the steam ID's that you input to it

Found a guy with bills. He wasn't trading it. I tried guilting him into trading it, but nope.
