Yeah but he wants it badly.. I also have a goal, too. And it's hard to get, about 9 buds or so. I only have 5 right now, so I'd prefer to not simply give mine away for items I do not want.

Would the fact that it's level 0 make it worth more than the couple refined it'd normally be worth?
