Theoretically this should be simple. Turn the hats into metal, metal into weapons, weapons into a good vintage or a Bill's or something, and then trade that for the hats you want.

Or: Be polite, go though accounts fast (before they leave), go in knowing what items they miss/might want, and what they have.

All in the space of around 90 minutes. Combined value is well over 1 Bill's, so I'm happy.
