Gift was sent from person that had 300+ games on his Steam Account, and it was sent from his primary account which says that purchase from stolen credit card is not possible at this situation.

I bet you he'll come back after getting even more Buds. He'll just pile all the images up at one point. Also, for all of you that "can't seem to get Buds", Bill's are much easier to get. Get two, trade em' for Buds and you're set. Not implying that you shouldn't shoot for Buds.
