If they don't speak English, they probably set the language to their native one, and that indeed translates hat names. Not always correctly, in order to keep the pun in the name. So if you want to be truly professional, keep a copy of every tf_<language> possible.
Of course, Google Translate works just fine as well.

I'm actually just amassing buds since they're a LOT easier to trade.
Just don't know what to shoot for right now, 6 buds for a head seems more like a rip-off since almost all the sellers want that.

Because the only people I find aren't willing to trade them at first, and I end up giving them a fairer deal than I thought.
I'll land a cheap one eventually, I just need to get these unused resources put to use (the shitton of mnc items I had lying around).
