Hey there, I've been working with Mecha and the rest of the crew on the dev version and they let my community set up a server with it. Server is in Dallas, TX and for now is running tf2ware 24/7. We'd like it if you gave it a shot (I'd be interested if tf2ware works with 24 players :P)

Me and a couple of other Facepunch Members played on that server.
Can you fix the boss level? It's ALWAYS the Heavy Obstacle Race or Demoman Basketball. We only got that "Avoid the Heavy as Scout" and "Avoid the Red Floor as spy" minigame once each.

The Cuddly Heavy and Red Floor boss microgames have a minimum player restriction due to their nature D:
The red floor one was confusing when I played it (right after it came out). What's supposed to happen and how do you win/lose?
The panel with the most players on it turns red. When the timer hits 0 the players on the red panel dies. The game continues until there's 3 or less players left.
That's the idea anyway, the map doesn't want to be as consistent as I want it to be :(
btw, you can cheat on the red panel one. If you stand exactly in the middle of two panels, you can't fall off.
Also it breaks if you have too many people. We had 8 people and we got stuck in mid-air
Really addicting and fun to play.
Wondering if you can add a Shooting Range where Snipers have to hit targets.
Whoever shoots the most targets wins?
I'm just saying.
Edit: Limited amount of targets.

Oh, okay. I also have a minigame Idea. You get x amount of bots all spies, disguised as a heavy, and you have one REAL heavy, but you can't tell which, and everyone has try and kill the real heavy.

Also for the "Taunt!" minigame, the time should be shortened, because it's basically a free point to anyone that can read english and find their taunt button. (which is probably 99.99% of players)
I love this gamemode! It's so addicting.
Only thing is it gets a bit repetitive after you play it for 2 hours straight :rolleyes:
I'm playing on Wanted GOV server as The Drunk Demoman.
We just fixed the texas server, it didn't have fastdownload set up so people were having problems connecting. That's all fixed, and it's updated to the dev version which has lots of bug fixes and a new minigame (my first minigame contribution).
People can't tauntkill you as sniper anymore, scouts get turned to demos if the water thing comes up, and we have a new minigame, "do the spycrab". :)

I added prophunt, zombie fortress and some other things. I'm going to set up RTV so that it always shows tf2ware and lets you nominate it. That way you can always switch to it if you're bored of the other mods.
We added the other games so you don't get completely sick of tf2ware. Maybe when we have a bunch more games it can change.
Here's a suggestion, could you make a boss event where you're scout (or any other class) and you'll have to climb up to the top of hill, building or something. At below there's some water or lava thing that will slowly go up. It's just like that heavy event, except you have to climb this time up.

Players should also be able to go through everybody just like in the heavy boss event, when 20 or more players are there it's a bit jammy to get through half of enemy team.
Also, there needs to be a more enjoyable aspect to losing a minigame. It gets reeaallly irritating losing multiple times, perhaps you could add some sort of handicap to people who've lost multiple times in a row to prevent streaks of losses?

There's 2
one is escaping from a spike wall while a path emerges, full of traps and all
The other one is avoided red floors that randomly appear and kill you when the timer counts down and you're still on it.
Also suggestion for a minigame, a backstab variant on hit an enemy
Boss minigame suggestion: everybody is put onto a "checker" board where the individual squares fall randomly, last one still on the checkerboard wins.

I know the red floor one, but did you mean the spike wall as heavies try to run to the end while spike wall blocks the back and is coming slowly towards you? I think that was the first boss event (unless you meant something else which is freaking awesome)

Yes that one but it's now updated with new graphics and obstacles!
Also, the red square isn't random... It appears under the square with most people on it.
Tf2ware has come a long way, it should get a blog spot.

No, at least, not on the server I was on just now. Spawned with a flamethrower using eyelander animations.
