Maybe we could just remodel the hands and leave the animations. Make the hammer and sickle model look as if he holds it in such a way that they hit, in that way leaving the fists animations intact. The issue being, it may look very strange...

Is it in the .qc or the items_game.ctx, cause I believe it's in the items_game.ctx which is uneditable.
Just steal the original heavy hands and inclue them in the SMD, that's how I got the soldier to wear his helmet and his cape on hats that removed the original helmet.

I am nearly certain if you did some digging you could find the fresh recording without the background noise.
